Territorial scope and excluded markets

ClinicSlotHub is currently not intended for users, patients, clinics, practices or healthcare providers located in the European Union, the European Economic Area, Europe, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand or other highly regulated western healthcare markets.

Requests, registrations or use from these countries or regions may be rejected or not processed. ClinicSlotHub is currently reviewed and provided only for selected international markets. Availability depends on the relevant country, local legal requirements, technical feasibility and prior internal approval.

ClinicSlotHub is not a medical advice service, emergency service or medical record system. Appointments and appointment requests are reviewed and confirmed by the relevant practice or clinic.

Service Description / Trial Period

  • Free 14-day trial period. No credit card required.
  • In trial mode, no real SMS or WhatsApp messages are sent. All messages are simulated (dry-run) until a provider is actively configured.
  • Messaging providers (e.g. Twilio for SMS/WhatsApp) are optional and must be configured separately by the practice. Provider costs are borne by the practice.

Scope / Messaging Services & External Providers

  • ClinicSlotHub is exclusively for commercial users (medical and therapy practices). Consumer use is excluded.
  • The platform may only be used to communicate with patients already known to the practice. Unsolicited mass messaging (cold outreach) is strictly prohibited.

Data Protection & Data Processing Agreement (DPA) / Final Provisions

  • !A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is required before entering any patient data.
  • German law applies. Jurisdiction: Karlsruhe, Germany.
