Service Description / Trial Period
- ✓Free 14-day trial period. No credit card required.
- ✓In trial mode, no real SMS or WhatsApp messages are sent. All messages are simulated (dry-run) until a provider is actively configured.
- ✓Messaging providers (e.g. Twilio for SMS/WhatsApp) are optional and must be configured separately by the practice. Provider costs are borne by the practice.
Scope / Messaging Services & External Providers
- ℹClinicSlotHub is exclusively for commercial users (medical and therapy practices). Consumer use is excluded.
- ✗The platform may only be used to communicate with patients already known to the practice. Unsolicited mass messaging (cold outreach) is strictly prohibited.
Data Protection & Data Processing Agreement (DPA) / Final Provisions
